Musk, gentian, dried iris, and a faint fusel edge give the nose an intriguing, almost medicinal complexity. The palate is full yet surprisingly nimble, silken in texture without any weight that overstays its welcome. Lime juice surges through the mid-palate, lifting and refreshing, before the finish rounds out with almond, white peach, and quieter accents of coriander, linseed, and wet stone. Sensual and genuinely thirst-quenching at once, this is a more complete wine than the 2017 by a meaningful margin.
