François Cotat Rosé Chavignol 2018

Bright coral hue with piercing aromatics of wild strawberry, white pepper and wet stone. The Kimmeridgian soils impart a distinctive chalky backbone that lifts the concentrated red fruit. Despite its power, there's an elegant restraint here. The wine floats across the palate with crystalline purity and a long, saline finish.
