Three months on skins in amphora, then nine months in oak, the process shows. Pomegranate and dried cherry lead, threaded with violet and something earthy and wild beneath. Light to medium in body, but the concentration is real. Chalky tannins grip cleanly, a clear signature of the amphora work, and the finish lifts with bright, refreshing acidity.
