Moussé Fils Moussé Anecdote Blanc des Blancs Extra Brut 2017

Weighty and textured from Varosses and Terres Rouges vineyards, this shows unusual density for Blanc de Blancs. Citrus peel, white flowers and mineral notes weave through a substantial palate that drinks more like Pinot-driven Champagne. The finish could use more persistence, but impressive for 2017's challenging conditions.
