Tightly wound and stony, this Chardonnay-Pinot Blanc blend carries serious concentration for a no-sulfur wine. Lemon rind, wet chalk, white flowers and a flinty edge layer through the mid-palate, while fine bubbles carry just enough lift before the wine settles into something closer to still than sparkling. The zero-sulfur approach strips away any buffer, what you get is unfiltered vineyard character, raw and uncompromising. Patience is required; this needs time to fully open.
