Ceritas Pinot Noir Elliott Vineyard 2017

Deceptively light on its feet for a wine this complete. Dried rose petal, crushed chalk, white pepper and a cool thread of mint sit in the upper register, lifted, precise, and faintly ethereal. Mid-weight in feel but persistent through the finish, with a sense of everything in its right place. Sonoma Coast Pinot that earns its reputation quietly.
