Ceritas Chardonnay Porter-Bass Vineyard 2017

The most restrained wine in the Ceritas Chardonnay lineup, and deliberately so. White blossom, fresh mint, ripe pear and a cool slate minerality give it a quiet, lifted quality. A touch of reductive character adds complexity without pulling focus, it's a nuance rather than a flaw. Light on its feet, with everything held in careful balance. Lovely now but has the composure to develop further.
