Aromatic lift of white pepper, dried herbs and ripe pear with hints of citrus zest. The palate shows good mid-palate weight and a creamy texture that balances the wine's natural tension. Built on fruit from Aÿ's Le Leon vineyard plus Verzy and Mesnil. Drink over the next several years.
