La Rioja Alta Viña Alberdi Reserva 2016

Red cherry and raspberry up front, lifted by baking spice and a subtle coconut note that unfolds with time in the glass. Soft and welcoming on entry, with sweet red fruit and a gentle spice cake richness that fills out as it breathes. Fine-grained tannins ease in at the finish, which trails off with a delicate floral note. Drinking well now and through the next few years.
