Steinertal in a generous mood. Lime, grapefruit, honeydew and white peach, fruit with a pit-tinged richness, are anchored by smoky stone minerality and a saline, iodine-flecked undercurrent that recalls the sea more than the vineyard. The texture is silken, glycerol-rich, almost indulgent, yet the finish pulls it back to focus with that signature sweet-saline savory depth. Closely mirrors the 2015 in character and ambition.
