Snap pea, fresh herbs, lentil and zesty lime open this Fass 4 with characteristic Wagram precision. Silky in texture but with a satisfying crunch through the mid-palate, it weaves nutty, earthy depth together with cooling green notes, raw legumes and a bright, Riesling-like citrus lift. Sweet red pepper, raw almond and a trace of citrus pith add intrigue, while a stony, saline mineral edge drives the long finish and makes the next sip feel inevitable. At 12.2%, higher than the Am Berg but still restrained, there's a genuine sense of weightlessness here that amplifies the wine's considerable charm.
