Honeydew melon emerges on the broad, polished palate alongside cooling green herbs, with the loess-heavy Hochrain soils lending an unusually juicy, animated quality for the vintage. The finish is long and mouthwatering, circling back to that alkaline, saline thread with crushed stone and lime zest sharpening the sense of lift.
