The 2015 Pajè is closing in on itself, a phase of withdrawal that shouldn't be mistaken for weakness. The bones are all there: firm, precise acidity and a taut structural frame that absorb the vintage's natural richness without tipping into excess. Tasted a few months back, it was considerably more open and expressive; right now it's wound tight, with the fruit pulled inward. Patience is required. Cellar through 2030 at minimum and let it find its voice again.
