Papaya, green melon, candied citrus peel and sweet mint, this is Trebbiano showing its more voluptuous side, shaped by a warm 2015 and 22 days of skin contact. The texture is lush and glycerol-rich, yet saline-mineral undercurrents keep it grounded, while ripe orchard fruit and warm spice ride a juicy vein of acidity through the mid-palate. The finish pulls up a touch shorter than you'd hope, but leaves a lasting grip, cheeks puckering against lemony concentration that lingers before slowly fading. The vintage warmth is felt throughout; this is Bianco Arboreus at its most sapid and sun-drenched.
