Muga Bodegas Muga 2015

Fermented in large wooden vats, this pale salmon-pink opens with dried rose, fresh raspberry and blood orange lifted by a peppery, mineral edge. Crisp and focused on entry, with bitter cherry and orange zest threading through a bright red fruit core, there's real drive here without sacrificing delicacy. The finish is firm, mineral-cut and impressively sustained, trailing off with a faint note of candied blossom.
