Taut and mineral-driven, with more substance than the lean Rheingau frame suggests. Slate runs deep here — the Rüdesheimer terroir announces itself through a firm, focused core of citrus pith and green apple, undercut by a stony, saline thread. The finish is long and grippy, with acidity that still needs time to settle. Give it 5–7 years and this should find real harmony.
