Pure limestone from the Clos du Pflostig has done something quietly remarkable here. Smoke, damp earth and forest floor drift up from the glass, this is already edging toward real undergrowth complexity at a decade old. On the palate it's translucent and gently built, with silky tannins and bright, cutting acidity that keep everything lifted and precise. A warm vintage handled with real restraint.
