Wound tight and barely yielding, this single-parcel Pinot Blanc from old limestone vines delivers concentrated stone fruit, white blossom, and a chalky, flinty core with real grip. There's genuine density to it, orchard richness cut through by a taut, almost electric acidity that refuses to let the wine sprawl. Don't expect it to open up anytime soon; the structure is clenched and unyielding, demanding patience. Four to six years minimum before it starts to reveal itself.
