Crushed limestone, citrus pith and a flinty edge announce the Cumières terroir immediately. Fine bubbles carry a taut, structured frame, Pinot Noir's backbone is unmistakable here, lending grip and a certain stony tension through the finish. Recently disgorged, so some integration time is warranted, but the raw material is serious. Give it two to three years and revisit.
