Dense and brooding with dried herbs, wet stone and dark spice. The extended lees aging shows in layers of complexity, crushed flowers, black tea, orange zest and subtle kirsch. Zero dosage reveals the raw power of this Pinot-dominated cuvée. Needs time to fully integrate but already compelling.
