Clay soils from Sporen's lower slopes leave their mark, wet stone and white truffle open things up, then rose oil and orange peel drift in. Given air, dewy peach flesh takes over on the palate, ripe but pristine, with just a whisper of Damask rose keeping it lifted. The 6 g/L acidity is the real story here, punching well above its weight against 19 g/L of residual sugar. Vivid, zesty, and built to last.
