Citrus-forward and almost Riesling-like in character, with grapefruit and tangy pineapple up front alongside a faint resinous note that adds intrigue. As it opens up, the wine shifts into more familiar Grüner territory, celery root, cress, and a tropical undercurrent of mango. Lean in body with a lightly oily texture, it finishes with vibrant, piquant intensity and just enough tartness to keep things lively. A distinctive Fass 4 with real personality.
