Sourced from Schoenenbourg and the granitic soils of Engelsreben, this late-harvest Riesling carries botrytis character with real elegance. Candied citrus peel and preserved pineapple on the nose, then tropical richness, passion fruit, mango, floods the palate alongside that unmistakable Riesling acidity. At 60g/L residual sugar it's genuinely sweet, yet the laser-cut freshness keeps everything taut and mouthwatering rather than heavy. Exceptional balance. Drink now or cellar for decades.
