Bright salmon hue. Strawberry, cherry skin and citrus zest lift off the glass, threaded with a whisper of dried herbs. On the palate, there's real presence here, a creamy, rounded texture carried by a fine, persistent bead, with rose petal and ripe red fruit flavors that taper into a clean, stony finish. Serious vintage Champagne with the structure to develop further.
