Taut and mineral-driven, with crushed herbs, toasted hazelnuts and white tea building slowly in the glass. The amphora aging shows clearly. This has grip and weight unusual for the variety, with a dusty, phenolic backbone that needs time to soften. Spice and stone fruit emerge on the lengthy finish. Should integrate beautifully through 2025.
