Bright, lean rosé with a lot of nervous energy behind it. Dried cherry, cranberry, and a faint dusting of white pepper lead, followed by a thread of blood orange peel running through the finish. Fine, persistent bubbles and brisk acidity keep everything lifted rather than rich. Give it 6–12 months to fully come together.
