Pale salmon, nearly transparent in the glass. Redcurrant and strawberry open things up, with blood orange zest and a snap of white pepper adding definition. Dry and lively, with citrus-edged red fruit that carries more depth and focus than the easy drinking suggests. Spiced, bright finish with blood orange threading all the way through. Dangerously drinkable.
