Golden hue with fine mousse. Apple and wild strawberry meld with honeyed minerals and floral lift. Rich yet vibrant on the palate, showing excellent depth from six years on lees. The 65% pinot noir base from Ay adds weight and structure to the Côte des Blancs chardonnay. Smoky length with spice and toast.
