Smoky minerality frames dried pear and roasted almond notes in this tightly wound Champagne. The 65% Chardonnay base brings classic 2008 precision and cut, while 25% Meunier adds texture. Focused and intense now but needs time to fully unwind. Disgorged April 2013 with minimal 3g/L dosage.
