Cracked pepper and licorice add intrigue, while a violet and floral lift emerges mid-palate with real elegance. The balance here is the story, nothing out of place, everything pointing toward a long future. Sourced entirely from the Côte du Py vineyard, which lends its name to this cuvée in a nod to the mathematical constant.
