Bone-dry and wound tight, with citrus pith, green apple, and a stony, chalky edge that speaks directly to the terroir. The low dosage keeps nothing hidden, this is precise, unadorned Champagne with real bite and presence. Fine bubbles carry the acidity cleanly through to a long finish, where a faint whisper of brioche finally softens the tension. Drinking beautifully now but has the structure to hold.
