Mineral-driven and beautifully focused, with white peach, candied lemon and dried herbs layered over a chalky backbone. The 70% Chardonnay brings precision while 30% Pinot Noir adds subtle red fruit depth. Bracing salinity carries through the long, pure finish. Drinking beautifully now after four years post-disgorgement.
