Spearmint and citrus zest jump from the glass. The palate is all tension and energy. Meyer lemon, grapefruit, lime. Held taut by racing acidity. Precise, mineral, cutting. The '98 showed its age beautifully, all petrol and stone fruit with Trimbach-like development.
