Tightly coiled and electric. Orange pith, smoked chalk, and lemon rind lead the charge, undercut by a stony, flinty core that lifts the whole thing off the ground. Fine bubbles carry real grip and drive, building rather than fading, with white floral notes threading through mid-palate. The finish is long and briny, with that chalky persistence you'd expect from d'Aÿ Chardonnay at its best. Drinking well now through 2026.
