Gosset Celebris Rosé 2003

Deep copper-pink, commanding in the glass. Dried strawberry, blood orange peel and a whisper of brioche open things up, with chalky undertones threading through. Taut and focused on the palate, tart cherry and red currant push against a stony backbone with real grip and drive. Dark cherry and woodsmoke linger on a long, structured finish that speaks to the warmth of the 2003 vintage without losing its composure. Drinking beautifully now but has plenty left to give.
