Ripe and full-throttle, this shows its age in butterscotch and roasted nut complexity. The palate is broad and textured, with preserved citrus and dried tropical fruit emerging through layers of oak spice. Still drinking but the phenolic grip on the finish suggests this peaked several years ago.
