Warm and inviting from the first pour, baked apple, candied ginger and toasted pastry dough signal a wine well into its development. This is 100% Chardonnay from Les Allouettes and Saint-Betzs, with 24% neutral oak adding body and a silky, almost pillowy texture without ever tipping into woodiness. Persistent bead threads through to a long, flinty finish where tension reasserts itself beautifully. Drinking well now but carrying plenty of life ahead.
