Compressed and flinty, with citrus rind, dried thyme, and wet chalk driving an almost ascetic personality. Extended time on lees and zero-dosage discipline have produced something genuinely uncompromising — bone-dry, tightly wound, and not yet ready to give much away. Fine bubbles carry a long, oyster-shell finish that lingers well past the glass. Give this four to six years and it will open into something remarkable; right now it's a study in restraint.
