Crushed raspberry, blood orange and dried rose lead the nose, with a cool herbal lift — mint, maybe a whisper of tarragon — keeping the fruit honest and bright. Persistent bead with real tension, and the low dosage (4–5g/L) threads just enough roundness through the mid-palate without softening the wine's backbone. The finish is flinty and long, the whole thing held together with quiet confidence.
