Granite does the talking here. Smoky reduction and a razor-sharp minerality cut through immediately, with tart green apple and crushed stone giving the nose real tension. On the palate it's lean and precise, sinuous rather than showy, with that steely, site-driven backbone carrying through to a long, stony finish. Bone-dry and beautifully coiled.
