From 45–60-year-old vines in the Kollmitz vineyard, this Pinot Blanc opens with a quiet but confident nose, lemon zest, crushed herbs and a faint wisp of smoke that signals something more interesting beneath the surface. Bone-dry and lean in the Pichler house style, it moves across the palate with a stony precision that feels entirely natural for the grape. The texture is subtle but present, softening what could otherwise be an austere mineral frame into something genuinely graceful. Clean and fresh on the finish, with white fruit fading slowly into chalk.
