Lourens Family Wines White Blend Linda Carien 2023

Whole-cluster-pressed, with five days of skin contact on the Grenache Blanc component, then ten months in neutral oak. Closed at first — give it some air and it opens to white peach, orange blossom and a squeeze of lime, with a trace of frangipane drifting through the finish. Lean and focused on the palate, with crisp acidity keeping everything taut and fresh. A fine successor to the excellent 2022.
