F.X. Pichler Grüner Veltliner Loibner 2023

Sourced from the lighter alluvial sands and gravels along the Danube, this stainless-steel-fermented Loibner opens with an understated nose, white miso, a breath of yeast, and something close to fresh paper. It's a quiet, composed aromatic picture. On the palate, the wine moves with an easy fluidity, light-bodied and smooth, but that characteristic white pepper rasp keeps it honest and alive. Bone-dry, with a clean peppery finish that fades crisply.
