Old vines from the 1950s rooted in yellow limestone, and you can feel it, there's a density here that goes beyond mere ripeness. Dried chamomile, apple tea, and a squeeze of lemon pith on the nose, precise and lifted. The palate is concentrated but calm, with that same herbal-citrus brightness carrying through to a bone-dry finish with real length.
