A field blend of Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder and Chardonnay from calcareous loess soils on the Bisamberg, fermented in stainless steel to preserve every ounce of freshness. There's a gentle creaminess lifting off the glass, followed by clean, juicy fruit, crisp green apple shading into riper yellow apple flesh, with a soft, roundness keeping things approachable. A faint phenolic grip adds just enough structure to hold it all in place without disrupting the wine's easy, flowing character. Bone-dry and bright, with juice and lift firmly in command.
