Sourced from old vines, 80 years and older, across Ribeauvillé, Bergheim and Hunawihr, this has serious pedigree. Damask rose and candied peach on the nose, intensely perfumed and immediately arresting. The palate pivots toward bitter orange pith and radicchio-like crunch, that dry edge doing real work against the 18 g/L residual sugar. Elegant tension. Rose petal lingers on the finish.
