Ostertag Riesling Le Berceau 2022

Smoky, waxy top notes give way to ripe yellow plum and a whisper of mango, the clay and marl soils lending a fleshy generosity that carries straight through to the palate. Lush and round at first, then bright acidity tightens the reins, cutting through the richness and driving a long, precise finish. Bone-dry, but it doesn't feel it. Lovely tension between opulence and control.
