Jurassic limestone from an east-facing slope, this field blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Muscat punches with saline tension and bright stone fruit, Mirabelle and Reine Claude giving way to something leaner and more mineral on the palate. Briny, almost kelp-like freshness runs through the finish alongside wild yeast lift and a taut apple skin grip. Bone-dry and beautifully coiled.
