Narcissus and white plum blossom on the nose, with Mirabelle jelly and ripe greengage giving it a distinctly Alsatian sweetness of character. The palate is generous and silky — flowing rather than structured — but a subtle skin-toned freshness keeps the whole thing honest. Bone-dry, and all the better for it.
