Old vine Paarl in a traditional mold — cedar, baked earth and dried spice layered over a core of concentrated blackcurrant. Firm tannins and fresh acidity keep everything tightly-knit, the fruit held in check rather than on full display. This is mid-weight but serious, with a savory, finely-drawn finish that lingers. Give it time to open up and reward patience. Drink 2026–2032.
